Farahnaz (Faz) Hossenally
Co-Founder and Director

Farahnaz has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and is currently studying for a Master’s in Sports Management and the Business of Football. Farahnaz is a highly driven individual who alongside her studies has 5 years’ worth of events, hospitality and client management experience. She has worked for corporate sports organisations over a decade; such as of Arsenal FC, Wembley stadium, NBA and the NFL. Delivering high-quality cooperate and community events, building key partnership relationships and has established an international sports network; Farahnaz has the ability to exceed expectation.

Rani Lewinson
Co-Founder and Director

Rani has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood studies and is currently studying for a Master’s in Education Leadership and Management. Rani is dedicated to working with children and young people. She has 4 years’ experience in coaching multisports such as: football (soccer), basketball, trampoline gymnastics and American football. In addition, Rani has gained experience overseas, working for an underprivileged camp in the United States.

Yusra Malik
Head of Communications and Public Relations

Yusra Malik has a background in working in PR and has a bachelors in Politics, and is an avid sports enthusiast. She manages press releases, liaising with organisations to deliver large-scale events and creating brand stories for FloRéal. With previous experience in Communications and Public Relations, Yusra has the background in delivering innovative ideas for new PR strategies to keep FloRéal up to date.

Ameera Hossenally
Foundation Trustee

Ameera is currently studying a Masters in International Management, after reading Politics and Social Anthropology as a bachelor’s degree. She has vast experience having worked in various Not-For-Profit organisations, including as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Malawi. Sitting on the Board of Trustees, her innovative and resourceful outlook will aid to expand Floréal foundations internationally.

Amy Goodson
Sports Nutritionist

Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSDD, LD is a sports dietitian in the DFW area.  She has worked with Texas Christian University Athletics, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, FC Dallas Soccer, Jim McLean Golf School and many PGA Tour players as well as with many middle school, high school and endurance athletes.  Amy speaks at a variety of nutrition, athletic training and coaching conferences.  She is an ambassador/spokesperson for the National Dairy Council, a Dairy Max Health and Wellness Advisory Council member and on the Speakers Bureau for Gatorade Sports Science Institute.  Amy is also the co-author of “Swim, Bike, Run – Eat,” a sports nutrition book for triathletes. Amy received her Bachelor of Science in speech communications from Texas Christian University and Master of Science in exercise and sports nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She is also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Raymond Hans
Soccer Player Coordinator in Africa

University of Johannesburg, B.COM, sport management 1986 – 1989 Master of Science in International Business. Activities and Societies: soccer player, Cameroon national team, soccer coach, soccer agent and 20 years of experience. International friendly soccer match organizer.

Stephen Radebe
American Africa Football Representative in South

Stephen is the Founder and President of the now 2 years old Association for American Football in South Africa and currently coordinates the development of the sport as a Coach. He has a Project Management Certificate from Boston Business College and has previously worked in the engineering and technical industry for 7 years before finding his passion in entrepreneurship.
His current work has gained him experience in organising training camps/clinics, stakeholder engagement and networking with other individuals and organisations in the sport. 
Stephen is passionate about using American Football to positively impact his community, create new opportunities for the youth and getting the sport to professional levels in South Africa.
